On Sunday, October 26 defenders of the right of a people to resist occupation by any means necessary gathered outside Toronto’s Union Station.
They protested Ottawa’s complicity with Donald Trump’s fraudulent ‘peace plan’ and the ongoing genocide led by the Zionist state against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. Notwithstanding global condemnation, the far-right dominated Israeli Knesset (parliament) voted to proceed with annexation of the West Bank where demolition of homes and colonial-settler violence runs rampant.
Following a rally on this cool/crisp autumn day, where Socialist Action leaflets, buttons and copies of The Red Review were in high demand, the participants marched to Nathan Phillips Square.
